The naming method of Integrated Circuits
The method of naming integrated circuits shall be in accordance with the national standards, each model shall consist of the following five parts, each of which is symbolized and defined in Table 1.6.1. Among them, 54 / 74 is a commercial series of international common series, and the temperature range is only C class 0 ~ 70 CU 54 for military use, and the temperature range is only M class (-55-125C).
