Climate test

( 2 ) Climate test
Climate test is used to check the design, process, and structure of products to prevent or weaken adverse weather conditions on raw materials, measures for the impact of components and machine parameters. Climate test can find out the problems and reasons of the products, so as to take protective measures to improve the reliability of electronic products and adaptability to harsh environment. For the project on climate testing, see Table 4-1-2.

( 3 ) Moisture test is used to check the impact of damp heat on electronic products and to determine the adaptability of products to work and store in hot and humid conditions. Figure 4-1 shows a wet test facility.
( 4 ) Low pressure test is used to check the effect of low pressure on product performance. The low pressure test is to simulate the high altitude climate environment by placing the product in a low temperature and low pressure tank with a sealed container. Then mechanical pump is used to reduce the pressure in the container to the specified value, and then the parameters are measured to meet the technical requirements. Figure 4 1 2 shows a low pressure test chamber.
( 5 ) Transportation test
Transport test is to test the adaptability of the product to the environmental conditions of packaging, storage and transportation. This test can be carried out on the transport test bed, and the driving test can be directly used as a transportation test. Figure 4-1-3 is shown as an analog transport vibration test facility.
( 6 ) Special test
Special tests are a test method for checking the ability of a product to adapt to a special work environment. Special tests include salt spray test, dust-proof test, and anti-radiation test. The test is not a test for all products, but only for some products that are used under special environmental conditions or according to the specific requirements of users. Figure 4, 1 4 shows special test equipment.
2. The aging test of the whole machine product power aging test also known as the life test, referred to as the aging test. It is used to examine the life of the product test, is the final stage of the product test. Under external stress, MTBF is used as a test method to evaluate the reliability of product. The life test is a test which simulates the actual working state and storage state of the product under the test condition and puts into a certain sample. The life test is divided into identification test and quality consistency test according to the different test purposes of the product.
( 1 ) Identification test
Appraisal test is also called stereotype test or reliability appraisal test, the purpose of which is to identify whether the factory has the ability to produce the reliability index product of demand. ( 2 ) The purpose of consistency test of quality consistency test is to verify the reliability that the manufacturer can maintain in the continuous batch production level ( indicator ). The quality conformance test is divided into two types : batch inspection and periodic inspection.
